We operate Monday through Friday and observe weekends and public holidays, meaning we don’t ship orders the same day they’re placed. The process of preparing your items—including stocking and packaging—takes about 2-6 business days. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we’ll send you the tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey to you. During holidays and sale seasons, processing times may be longer, so we appreciate your patience.

- Europe & UK: 2-6 business days for processing; 10-20 business days for delivery.
- Australia, New Zealand, Chile, and other regions: 2-6 business days for processing; and 10-20 business days for delivery.
Please note, delivery to South Asia (except India), Western Asia, Africa, and other specified countries is not available due to service limitations.
Risk-Free Shipping
Your satisfaction and peace of mind are paramount. If your order doesn’t arrive within 60 days, you’re entitled to a full refund for those items. Should there be any issues with a missing order, reach out to us. We typically resolve and conclude investigations within 3-5 business days, following which we’ll expedite a replacement if necessary.

Prices on our website are listed tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival of your order. These additional charges are your responsibility. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Accuracy is key when entering your shipping address. Due to our fast processing and shipping schedule, we can’t always guarantee address modifications. Please verify your address details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
If a package is refused by the receiver or multiple delivery attempts fail, we reserve the right to abandon the package without issuing a refund.
