Returns & Exchanges
Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we offer a 30-day quality guarantee from the delivery date. Within this period, you can return the item for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please initiate your request through our contact portal here. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
For Non-Quality Issues: Changed your mind? Did you order the wrong size or color? No problem. We accept size and color exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To arrange an exchange, please reach out to us for the return address and further instructions.
Please ensure that returned items are unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are only possible for items of the same or lower value.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we’ll inform you via email and process your refund if eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-7 days. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Blitble reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An excessive history of returns may suggest “wardrobing.”
- Returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- Suspected fraud or criminal activity.
Cancellations & Changes
We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations. Here’s how:
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of making your payment to avoid any fees.
- Order Changes: You can request changes to your order within 24 hours of payment. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes without a fee.
After 24 hours, modifications are subject to our ability to make the change. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do what we can to assist.
